Took a second overall in the time trial yesterday. I was pretty happy with the result, I won the first round trials and improved my time in the second round with a few mistakes but Jana Horakova beat my time by 1/10sec and took the overall. I had the fastest split times into the corner but I need to do some work on the last half of the track for sure.

My teammates Kintner and Geving finished 7 & 8 respectively and lil beasty fell for the third time but sneaked in on the 13th slot. Only 18 of the 26 girls ended up starting the trials yesterday but thats an improvement from how many actually rode the first straight on the first day. http://bmxmania.com/TimeTrialEliteWomenFinal.jpg

In the mens TT dR took the big win and Prokop handled the last straight better than anyone I have seen coming in for the 2nd.  Mike D and the Cis pulled out 7 & 8 and Bubs finished top 10 with possibly broken fingers. The boys run 3 rounds of 1/8ths today followed by quarters and semis, us girls will run 3 rounds of semis and lowest points transfers into the main.

I hear races will be live on freecaster.net we will be racing between 2-4:30 Aussie time which I think is around 9:30p pacific time so check it out!
